Sarah Baker is an independent fragrance house based in London, founded in 2015 by an American-born contemporary artist and perfumer Sarah Baker. Her art has been shown at respected institutions internationally. She has also been invited to create artist projects for global luxury fashion brands and luxury hotels. Sarah first began developing perfumes with the Institute for Art and Olfaction (Los Angeles) in 2014 as a contemporary art project. Artist, perfumer and Creative Director Sarah Baker creates fragrances and also invites some of the world’s most innovative and respected noses to create fragrances for the house's collections.
Each of the fragrances tells a story. Each juice whisks you off to fantastic worlds of glamour, adventure, romance or pure hedonism. Sarah Baker scented tales are inspired by legends, historic figures, art, films and literature. Or they are entirely new, fiction and fantasy conjured up in the mind’s eye. Sarah Baker is, above all else, a storyteller. So, it naturally follows that the house she founded creates scented tales using the medium of fragrance.
